These letters have dates between April 22—April 24.
To determine if you received this letter by mistake, activate or log in to your AZ MVD Now account at www.azmvdnow.gov, go to the “Driver License ID” menu item and select “Verify My CDL Medical Status” to check your Medical Certification status. This will have current, accurate information on your license status.
